"A Matter of Nature" is an article appearing in the Nov 95 Quarterly issue of LMS-USA Table Talk (see Publications category in our Online Library). The article is authored by Ministerium Secretary and Synod Treasurer, Pastor John Erickson of Chetek, WI. The issues of Homosexuality and Premarital Sex are discussed in the context of basic Nature. Those arguing for an acceptance of these behaviors often base their premise upon an inherent matter of nature. A great many conservative christians argue against these behaviors, holding that they are un-natural. Pr. Erickson takes issue with the usual conservative treatment of this matter and does so based upon the Biblical Witness.
